As a Roland Rentals customer you are automatically enrolled in the Roland Rentals Points Plan, which allows you to valuable points while you rent. If you decide to purchase your Roland Rentals piano at anytime during the rental period, these points can be redeemed against the suggested retail purchase price of the Roland Rentals products you have on rent.

Points are earned based on your monthly rental rate (before taxes). In the first year of renting, you will earn 80% of your monthly rental charge in points. If you decide to keep on renting into the second year, you will earn 50% of your monthly rental charge in points during the second year of renting.

Points are redeemable against the purchase of your Roland Rentals piano and interactive music tutor at a value of 1 point = $1. For example, that means if you were to decide to purchase after 6 months, 80% of what you've paid in rent (before taxes) can be applied against the purchase of your Roland Rentals products! In addition, special bonus points are awarded in the first year of rental for customers that make the decision to purchase.

Want to upgrade to a higher model Roland Rentals piano? No problem. Your points can be redeemed towards the purchase of a higher model in the Roland Rentals series anytime during the first 24 months of renting. * not available for renters of the Classic model.

• 80% of the monthly rental charge (before taxes) is earned in points during the first 12 months of renting.
• Special bonus points are awarded if you decide to purchase within the first 12 months of renting.
• 50% of the monthly rental charge (before taxes) is earned in points during the 2nd year of renting.
• No points are earned in the 3rd and subsequent years of renting.
• Points are redeemable up to the end of the 25th month of renting.
• Points may only be redeemed towards the purchase of Roland Rentals product direct from Roland Rentals and have no other cash value.

How to redeem your points

Your points may be redeemed towards the purchase of your Roland Rentals product at anytime during the first 25 months of the rental period. Simply contact us and request your latest points summary report. If you decide to purchase the items you have on rent, simply call us at 1-866-765-7368 and after completing a bit of paperwork and taking your payment, you'll be the proud owner of a Roland Digital Piano. If you want to use your points towards the purchase of an upgraded Roland Rentals model, visit your local Authorized Roland Rentals Centre and they will be pleased to show you the other models in the Roland Rentals series and take care of your purchase.
